Returns & Exchanges

At U.S. Polo Assn., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic U.S. Polo Assn. tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
